This is not your mother’s rec center workout. We push your boundaries and make you sweat. Find out how far you can go. Our classes range from intense cardio, weight training, cycling, kickboxing and much more. Although we do push boundaries, we are always safe and mindful about your personal boundary. As you progress through our sessions, you will notice inches lost, weigtht loss and definition gain. You will no longer imagine yourself smaller, leaner, stronger or more toned; you will be smaller, leaner, stronger and more toned.
