Self-Defense and Exercise

Kickboxing exercises to build strength and learn the necessary techniques to defend themselves. This will go along with cardio and pilates to get their strength and endurance up.

Nutrition

Discuss different foods and what affects it has on the body. Catering certain meals to each individual to build the best dietary routines for their body’s and goals.

Mentorship

Each girl will get one-on-one mentorship with Kratai. This will go through pacing, nutrition, mental health, physical health to then build the best routine for a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
